Blueberry Muffins

Wonderfully fruity – and ready so quickly! These blueberry muffins are the perfect snack for in between meals. So that you always have the little treats ready, you can simply freeze them. Before enjoying them, simply defrost them and microwave them for a short time – simply ingenious!

Blueberry Muffins

  • 120 ml milk
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Lemon zest
  • 200 g blueberries


  • Preheat oven to 350 °F top/bottom heat. Line a muffin tray with cups or grease with butter.
  • Mix milk, oil, egg and sugar with a whisk. Briefly fold in the flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest. Do not over-stir – the batter should still be a little “lumpy”. Fold in blueberries as well.
  • Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes.
