Egless Tiramisù

“La dolce vita” – A creamy tiramisù is, in my opinion, the symbol of this Italian expression. On top of that, my version without raw egg yolk can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days. Best of all, the dessert is incredibly quick to prepare.
A tiramisù is a layered dessert consisting of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a cream. This consists mainly of whipped cream and mascarpone, an Italian cream cheese. Starting with the ladyfingers, both are layered alternately. Finally, a good load of cocoa powder on top and the tiramisù is ready!
But before you treat yourself to a portion of this dessert, it should be put in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably four. This will allow the flavors to blend better.
Have fun baking!
