Salmon Spinach Pasta Casserole

“Quick and easy” is the motto for this pasta bake. But with the taste there is of course no compromise!
Salmon Spinach Pasta Casserole
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 500 g spinach frozen or fresh
- 250 g salmon
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- juice of one lemon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp dill
Instructions
- Cook the pasta until al dente. Defrost frozen spinach, otherwise blanch fresh spinach briefly. Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix the sauce of sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, oregano and dill. Layer everything in a baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 350 °F convection oven for about 40 minutes, until the cheese is slightly brown. Let the casserole cool for another 10 minutes.
