Salmon Spinach Pasta Casserole

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 500 g spinach frozen or fresh
  • 250 g salmon
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dill

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta until al dente. Defrost frozen spinach, otherwise blanch fresh spinach briefly. Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the sauce of sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, oregano and dill. Layer everything in a baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 350 °F convection oven for about 40 minutes, until the cheese is slightly brown. Let the casserole cool for another 10 minutes.
